A passionate performer and prolific songwriter, modern-day troubadour Cory Dale has wandered the globe with his guitar for nearly a decade. What began as a hobby while a student at the University of Michigan, Cory Dale's interest in playing music soon developed into an obsession. He has since appeared on street corners from New Orleans to Santiago de Compestella, in countless coffeehouses, and at 200-capacity music venues. Although his sympathy for classic rock legends such as Bob Dylan and the Beatles may be evident in his original compositions, Cory Dale's style is his own. From dreamy folk ballads to punk rock tantrums, his emotionally-charged songs, which number in the hundreds, are consistently rich with evocative lyrics, catchy hooks, and spellbinding guitar work. Currently based in San Francisco, Cory Dale is on a nationwide tour in support of his debut studio album, "Sweet Sad Dream." | |
