Singer/Songwriter Karen Rockower, originally hails from a family of nine in a small town in Pennsylvania. Now living in Brooklyn New York, Karen is currently focused on her new band, The Angelic Bombs. (www.sonicbids.com/theangelicbombs) Karen's music is featured on the Harris Radio's "Bridge to Music: Indie Sounds From Brooklyn's Underground," a compilation CD featuring 16 original tracks from independent musicians living in Brooklyn. (http://www.harrisradio.com/brooklyncd) She will also be appearing, on an HBO episode (performing with on of her bands, Black Licorice) in January of 2005 on George Clooney's new series "Unscripted". Karen was recently interviewed at Trinity College Radio and performed live on the air as a featured artist. Karen is very excited to have been chosen to perform in Chicago's 7th Annual Jeff Buckley Tribute Concert at Uncommon Ground.
