From a small town in Ohio, Crystal Bowersox has made her way to the glorious streets of Chicago - literally. She has been spotted performing in various random locations throughout the city, from the Washington Red Line Stop, to the House of Blues and Navy Pier. In June of 2006, Crystal was selected by the City of Chicago, Department of Cultural Affairs Sister Cities Program, and by the Birmingham, UK City Council to represent Chicago's folk music scene as part of a week long festival appropriately entitled "Experience Chicago". Crystal is currently working on her debut album, which is scheduled for release in the winter of 2007.
