Araguaney is a new ensemble that plays traditional folk songs from Venezuela and Colombia. The group is made up of musicians from other prominent Latin American ensembles from Chicago. The band consists of Dayvis Blasini: cuatro/mandoline/bandola llanera & Oriental, Raul Fernandez: Percussion and Bass, Jose Luis Posada: Guitar/cuatro, Camilo Rasquin: voice, Javier Saume-Mazzei: Vibes/maracas & Percussion. |
