Matt Ryd At concerts, I'm that head sticking above the crowd whom you want to hate (because he's blocking your view) but he looks so into the music that you can't help but think he must be an alright guy.rnrnOn the el, I'm the guy who has his nose buried in a different book every week, only looking up to grab a Moleskine out of his bag and scribble a random lyric.rnrnIn coffee shops, I'm the kid whose refill count edges dangerously close to the double-digits, and who watches the baristas to see what kind of machine they use and to examine their steaming/foaming technique.rnrnOn the streets of Chicago, I'm that guy who's always singing, humming, whistling or beatboxing to himself, who usually only stops when he notices people giving him weird, creeped-out looks.rnrnLong story short, I love music. I love listening to it, writing it and playing it.
