Based in Akron, Shelby Olive has been writing music and touring since 2014. She's most often seen with a ukulele in hand, singing songs that are just the right amount of quirky and meaningful. Shelby released her debut solo album, Make Sound, in February and has new music slated to release this summer. She has played with many nationally-renowned artists including Danielle Ate the Sandwich, Marian Call, Lauren Kinhan and has garnered a supportive online following through her weekly videos on YouTube and monthly demos on Patreon. When she's not on stage, she is a K-5 elementary school music teacher. You can catch her latest music on iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, and at patreon.com/shelbyolive.

Mickey McDonald is a ukulelist, violist, & singer-songwriter originally from Upstate New York. His debut album "Home" was released in 2012, and after a four-year battle with grad school he's back to writing music & recording again, with a followup album tentatively titled "City" due out this fall. His recorded music layers lush instrumentation & harmonies inspired by the great Romantic composers with catchy pop melodies, while his live performances are a showcase of frenetic left-hand ukulele technique & tuneful singing. When not singing or strumming, he can usually be found in a lab in a sub-basement on the University of Chicago's campus, working to understand the origins of anything & everything.
