M A L O is a creature of simplicity. A creator. A player of conscience.
The Chicago native may be in the prime of her youth, but her music tells a story as old as the venues she has inhabited. Having graced stages like New York City's Carnegie Hall, Liverpool's own Cavern Club, and most recently the pages of Relix Magazine, she is no stranger to the mystic and magic of captivating an audience. "Music gives me a soul. I play for one simple reason. It is my life support. Without music, I am just a passerby though."
M A L O recently released her debut solo album, Born in a Bad Way. The piece is a haunted, self-reflective collection of ethereal, multidimensional tracks— an authentic snapshot of a creative’s attempt to release themselves from apathy as a means of getting by. It was recorded in Brooklyn, NY at Douglass Studios.

“I'm a musician." Columbia Jones said to hospital nurse. As soon as those words left his mouth though, he realized for the first time in a long time he could be lying about his profession.
Columbia had moved out to Utah 5 years earlier from a small town in Maine to pursue a future in a big city and not a farm field. He played coffee shops and eventually landed a gig as the drummer and gig booker for a local Folk Rock band. They made the rounds from California to Colorado. He also owned a recording studio in downtown Salt Lake. This evening however he was lying in a hospital bed, his wife pregnant with his first child, diagnosed with an auto immune disease, and massive medical bills. Suddenly his dream seemed about impossible.
He had to face the reality that a 9-5 job might be the best direction for him. One that comes with a 401k, health insurance, and a consistent pay check. As he struggled with what to do, he started playing as a One-Man-Band on the streets. All of a sudden he had found his voice as a front man.
Since then Columbia has traveled nearly 20 states, 1 Canadian province, and finished 2018 with over 100 gigs played. His One-Man-Band set is wildly entertaining employing 4 limb coordination but also coupling it with incredible vocals and thoughtful songwriting. Columbia Jones is a songwriter first and foremost and his new album "I'm a Terrible Human Being" which is due early 2019 is a full band effort.

Anna P is a singer-songwriter from Chicago, IL. Her metaphoric lyrics, haunting melodies, and crystal-clear voice have propelled her to capture the attention of the local music scene and land gigs at legendary Chicago performance venues such as Cubby Bear, Navy Pier, and House of Blues' Foundation Room.

Her new EP ‘I Was An Iceberg’ is a chronicle through a mental breakdown following a heartbreak. The painfully honest lyrics of songs like “Hesitate” and “Waves” paint a scenery of the inner struggles of mental health.
