Jake and the Soul Professors are a BRAND NEW 5 piece soul-pop outfit with R&B and Funk influences. Featuring crooning vocals, tasty licks, and some thick rhythms, these gentlemen cover the range from heartfelt to can't-stop-dancing. Assembled from a truly diverse background of musical experience, from jazz to metal to country, they have found their common voice and are ready to give you a taste (though you will undoubtedly leave hungry for more).

Caleb Penley plays original music with an original sound. Raised playing music and pulling influences from the Beatles to Kid Cudi Caleb's genre changes from show to show.

James Manno is a singer/songwriter from southeast Virginia. He blends Folk, Americana, Pop, Motown, and Indie Alt Rock. James is currently the lead guitar player for Man Called Noon, a Chicago Alt Rock band, as well as the frontman for James Manno and the B.O.T’s, a Chicago dork funk indie comedy band. You can check out his 2012 Indie Rock Musical “Happiness: the Pursuit and other Tragedies” by James Manno and the Happiness Band on Spotify or Apple Music.
