  • Uncommon Ground (lakeview) 3800 N Clark St Chicago United States (map)

Dylan Holland started his career as a young YouTube sensation in 2012. He built a 250k+ online following and toured with a wide genre of acts from Rae Sremmurd to Jacob Whitesides.

Starting off as a singer song writer, Dylan later ventured into a urban/pop direction. Dylan has been working with Rome Ramirez of Sublime with Rome to hone his craft and further develop the new direction of sound. Although he isn’t limiting himself to one type of sound, his show is just him, a guitar, being vulnerable on stage, with his amazing gift to move audiences of all ages.

Peyton Lescher is a singer/songwriter based out of St. Augustine, Florida, originally from Chicago, Illinois.  She has been singing in various venues in Florida since the age of 14 with her accompanists Dominic Steenson and Spencer Dupree. Most recently, Peyton released her first single ‘Bright’ on all music platforms!

Brandon Lampkin has been passionate about music for as long as he can remember. He started studying classical piano at the age of four and began to compete by the age of six. As Brandon continued to study classical piano, he incorporated gospel and jazz into his playing style. He is an alum of the Chicago Children’s Choir and sang in the Choir from the age of 11 until he graduated. Brandon has sung across the country with a variety of high-profile artists that include New Kids On the Block and Chance the Rapper. In addition to performing as a vocalist, he works as an accompanist (playing both piano and organ) for churches around the Chicagoland area and for Chicago Children's Choir.
