THE TIM HORT PROJECT with SECRETS OF THE BEEHIVE and NO HERO

“Tim Hort is experienced at performing powerful music. I highly recommend seeing this guy play live.” — AllWhatsRock.com

THE TIM HORT PROJECT  has been described as a “modern throwback to the 80s with a poetic twist.” (lndie Arts Alliance) Hort, who has recorded with Grammy-winning contributors, charted in the Top 100 US College Radio in 2025, and again in 2026.   Illinois Entertainer writes, “Hort is a fine songwriter, and the band grabs the material and runs with it."

SECRETS OF THE BEEHIVE was formed in 2014 by multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Jason Winslade as a vehicle for music written around the fire with his shruti box. Loosely fitting into the category of alternative folk rock, Secrets of the Beehive wears its post-punk roots on its sleeve, along with touches of jazz, prog rock, ritual music, and traditional forms.

NO HERO is going unplugged this time around with its roots-driven songwriting from frontmen Allen Rendel and Freddy Harboe. The music is true to the Americana tradition and to the melodic sounds reminiscent of 1960s folk rock.
